Mairi brings her skills and experience as a strategist, lawyer and licensed lay Anglican minister. She's held positions of leadership throughout her life and is passionate about managing people. Her aim is to look after the Society's assets and provide an excellent service to retired ministers. Mairi is a Non-Executive Director of CAF Bank and provides lay advice and support to the Diocese of London.
Atawa Aryee FCCA

A fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Atawa has held a number of senior finance and management positions. She has substantial experience of financial management of voluntary sector organisations promoting sound financial and accounting services as well as managing resources and leading teams. Atawa is responsible for strategic leadership and operational development of the Society’s finance and IT functions, and works with the senior team to improve services to our retired ministers.
Godfried G Addo RIBA

Godfried is a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects. He has over 25 years of experience in construction. Godfried has direct leadership and management of the repairs and maintenance service and of maintaining the Society’s assets. He is the lead officer responsible for refurbishments.
Theresa Rattray ACMA, CGMA

Theresa is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. With more than 15 years’ accountancy experience, she has worked in both the private and not-for-profit sectors. Theresa assists in all aspects of financial management for the Society, deputises for the Financial Services Director in her absence and attends finance committee meetings. She is also the Society’s IT Manager and Legacy Administrator.
Reactive Maintenance Manager 020 7467 3797
Glenn has more than 30 years’ experience in building maintenance, working with local government and housing associations. Responsible to the Property Director, he attends property committee meetings and is the lead officer responsible for major and reactive repairs and maintenance.

Patricia previously worked in central government, the private sector and a housing association. She has taken on various roles since joining us. Patricia now works in the property department handling the Society’s day-to-day repairs.
Housing Management Officer 020 7467 5181
Hope has worked in the private sector and with central government. She manages all aspects of the Society’s empty properties, liaising with external bodies for property sales and market rentals.
Finance Co-ordinator and Analyst 020 7467 5272
With a BA from the University of Azerbaijan, Jamila has eight years' experience working in a housing association. She deals with day-to-day financial transactions. Jamila liaises with the property department to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions and analysis of financial records.

A graduate from the University of Central Lancashire and University of Wales, Lampeter, Clive has the NCTJ Certificate in Practical Journalism and an MA in Celtic Christianity. As a qualified journalist, experienced editor and award-winning writer, he has served with organisations in the UK, Ireland and America, and has assisted major charities in their media work. Clive looks after all the Society's communications needs.

Sharon's main role is to support the CEO in her work relating to both people and property matters. She also looks after the needs of the Board and supports the Communications Manager in his role. Sharon has had extensive experience working with people in the church, charitable and public sectors.

For kitchen or bathroom upgrades, John is your man. He is the person responsible for refurbishments and planned maintenance. With a Higher National Diploma in Building Services, he has worked with some of the biggest names in the hospitality business. On a warm summer’s day – if he's not in the office or inspecting an MMHS property – you might find him watching the cricket at Lord’s!

With a BA Honours in Creative Industries and an MA in Performance, Tara has more than five years’ experience in residential sales and lettings. Bringing a wealth of knowledge to the role of Property Analyst and Administrator, her work involves helping the Society with an intense analysis of its property portfolio and its needs. Tara’s interests include the theatre, TV and film, both visiting and writing for each medium.
